Job Description
We are looking for a SUPPORT TEAM LEADER with the following skills:
The role will focus on line managing the support team Angeles City based making sure all the tasks given by the Management (EU based) are followed. Doing weekly/monthly productivity reports, Helping the resources to solve the problems and to be the connection between the team and the Management.
We are looking for the following skills:
Experience in Leading, motivating and supervising a small team
Proficency level of English
· Data Entry
Exellent knowledge of google spreadsheet
Exellent knowledge of Microsoft Exel
Virtual Assistance
Solid troubleshooting skills
Documenting activities and facilitating knowledge to be shared within the team
· Implementing upgrades, enhancements and changes across multiple systems.
Qualifications
Detailed oriented, fast learner, ability to work with little supervision
Ability to work with multiple contact people
Willingness and aptitude for learning new software applications
The position is by remote, it's required to have a fast internet connection and a proper PC to be able to perform the job
Ability to stay calm under pressure
