Position: Customer Support Specialist
Working Hours: M-F, Flexible (overlap at least 4 hours 9-5pm EST, the other 4 hours is up to your convenience)

The company builds software for digital agencies to be more productive. They are currently focused on building a second product that allows agencies to manage their clients easily.
About the Role:
We're hiring for a customer support rep to join our team and help us respond to customer questions and make their experience better. You'll be answering customer support requests via in-app chat and email. Your work will directly impact hundreds of teams and thousands of designers and developers using the app developed by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll have to be self-directed and able to execute quickly with a lot of autonomy. At a high level, here are some of things you'll do:
Answer customer questions and help resolve issues via Intercom and email
Answer general questions about product functionality, billing, user accounts, etc.
Log any issues reported by customers in a bug tracking tool
Maintain and update help articles based on frequently asked questions
Work with the product team to pass along customer requests and feedback to improve the application
Requirements
Qualifications:
You have 2+ years of experience working in a customer support role
You have experience working in a customer support role at a software company
You have experience answering support requests over chat (e.g. Intercom) and email
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You're familiar with SaaS products and are able to communicate with both technical customers as well as less tech-savvy ones
You enjoy helping people and care about making sure customers have the best experience possible
Experience working at a startup is a plus
