Customer support specialist - software supportConnectOS

The Software Support Role primarily focuses on providing product support to customers and contributing to product maintenance and customer training. This role's key focus is to ensure first-tier support is completed within the company Service Level Agreement's timelines. Work within the support team to maintain and develop internal and external knowledge-base documentation. Lead the Philippines support function as it grows over-time.
Manage incoming support requests to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end-user issues within parameters set in the SLA.
Contribute to problem resolution where required
Seasonal Software Installations as required
Available for seasonal rosters - this will include overnight work during peak seasons as well as on-call weekends
Effective communication with development teams and customers
Maintaining and updating technical documents
Accurately capture time spent
Create knowledge articles based from ticket resolution learnings.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key clients.
Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organization.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of any course
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
Strong motivational and empowerment skills
Previous software support experience desirable with demonstrable skill in Triaging and communication with end user.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Working knowledge of ITIL: ITSM framework
