Job Responsibilities:
Managing all incoming inquiries, text and calls from three (2) different Sales Channels and three (5) platforms (Mobile, Viber, Facebook messenger, Email, Instagram, Lazada Chat, Shopee Chat) by providing product and service information and solutions.
Identify and assess proper interaction in each type of customer to achieve customer satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships with customers through honesty and transparency.
Handling and managing different types of customer complaints and provide solutions to resolve each case.
Having a clear and direct contact with the operations and logistics team regarding customer requests.
Fully understand our products and our customers.
Analyze customer's needs, satisfaction and behavior.
Confirming all orders from sales channels.
Multi-Channel Management (Social Media, SMS, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Email)
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
