A Hyper Networks Customer Support Representative excels in answering questions on products and services, accurately collecting relevant information, swiftly and precisely resolving basic issues, and deftly managing hand-offs to other team members when necessary. As a CSR, you will investigate issues that arise and address them in ways that drive increased customer satisfaction.
Role & Responsibility
Managing incoming calls and accurately collecting information
Quickly identifying customer needs
Building positive relationships with customers
Resolving complaints, following up on resolutions, and addressing basic issues
Following procedures and policies
Required Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service
Impressive telephone etiquette
Ability to be trained on use of central ticking system
Ability to troubleshoot problems, isolate variables, and drive resolution
Excellent listening, communication, and writing skills
Ability to calmly manage challenging or charged situations
Desired Skills
Previous customer support experience
Strong computer and typing skills, very comfortable with web-based applications and navigation between tools
