We are working with a client who is looking for a Customer Support Professional who has the ability to speak to people politely and always have a positive attitude. We need someone whose experience is with customer service and who can think to solve problems quickly.
Required Skills:
At least 3 years in customer care experience
Perfect spoken and written English (inclusive of grammar)
Ability to type quickly
Problem solving skills
Good to have:
Experience using Shopify or similar websites would be good to have.
Tracking Parcels with Australia Post
Some skills in MS Excel
Suggesting styles for customers
Experience in any CRM
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Replying to emails and live chat with a positive tone and perfect English
Responding promptly to customer inquiries. (chat, email and phone)
Uploading returns to our system with Excel
Calling Australia post when a parcel is lost
Suggesting similar styles or making product recommendations for customers
Communicating with customers through various channels. (Phone, Chat, and Email)
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Uploading returns to our system with excel
Knowing our products/services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
