Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time
As a Customer Support Professional, you will:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints on the CRM.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 2 years experience in customer service via phone
Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Is Able to deal with high call volumes
Is prompt and responsive to clients and colleagues
Has experience in using CRM
