We are seeking a Production Associate who will be responsible for setting up and/or maintaining in house technical systems and other 3rd party platforms. The successful candidate will work with our development, operations and management teams to ensure development and delivery of products within allotted timeline and budget. Collaborating crossfunctionally, you will work with managers and other teams to ensure products and services meet customers' current and future needs.
Essential Job Functions "What You'll Do":
Campaign and Company creation and maintenance using the company propriety management platform ("Admin")
Defining and entering data values to support campaign promotion
Ensure accurate and successful lead qualification and delivery thru file extract and direct post into client CRM
Understanding client content to determine best product category
Creation of abstract from client content
Uploading Client campaign assets
Manage incoming requests from companies requesting to be added to our online buyers guide listings
Troubleshoot campaign set up and/or performance problems in conjunction with Tech Support Team by reporting bugs et al
Other production-oriented responsibilities as the role expands/develops
Work with development, operations, and management teams to ensure development and delivery of products within allotted timeline and budget.
Assist in development of new products and enhancement of existing products.
Prepare and organize campaign set up status and risk reporting to management and other affected departments
Work with Managers and other teams to ensure that products and services meet customers' current and future needs.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Essential Qualifications "What You'll Need":
At least 1-2 years client services experience in IT, media, advertising, or lead generation business.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or any appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Ability to work as part of a team
Proactive problem solver
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; both written and verbal
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must have experience on SQL and HTML
Basic knowledge on HTTP
Experience on Project Management in the B2B industry (preferably Outbound) is a plus
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the many details that come and go daily; must be comfortable with quickly changing directions and quick turnarounds
