Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their requests and concerns (frontline support)
Handle/answer inquiries across all channels (hub, landline, email, & chat)
Provide information about key services
Strengthen customer relationships by meeting the needs of customers
Get customer feedback and respond in a timely manner
Recommend solutions to resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed
Qualifications:
College graduate of any course
With at least 1 year of experience in the Customer Service or BPO Industry
Good written and oral English communication skills are highly required
Willing to work onsite in Pasig (Capitol Commons)
