The position is responsible in conducting impartial investigation and documentation of client complaints in timely and efficient manner for the committee resolution. Ensures protection of personal data collection and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares complaint documentation on escalated customer's issues and complaints raised.
Recommends workflow changes or improvements concerning administration of approved processes in the unit.
Prepares and handles documents/reports required by Audit, IC, Legal & Compliance, etc.
Checks and analyses required reports for the unit.
Represent the Company to regulators i.e Insurance Commission, BSP.
Checks and reviews fulfillment functions on resolved complaints.
Qualifications:
University graduate with a degree in any business or management related disciplines;
At least four (4) years of relevant work experience in the life insurance industry;
Knowledge of life insurance products, concepts, principles, regulations and practices;
Must be customer-oriented, organized, attention to details and strong in processes;
Collaborative, can create/maintain effective working relationship with internal and external partners; and
With above average oral and written communication skills.
