at least 6 months of experience in the insurance industry and customer support experienceHOWEVER it can be waived if you have an excellent communication skills.
Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices
Knowledge of insurance investment business as an asset
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
