Job Purpose:
Ensures timely and effective performance of the customer support unit
Responsibilities:
Effectively handles and manages all customer-related concerns such as inquiries, request, and complaints.
Provides assistance to customer in resolving concerns and refers it to the approriate senior officers on more complex issues
Ensures that all customer records are properly maintained and filed
Closely coordinate with other departments to ensure successful resolution of customers' concerns.
Studies and recommends process enhancements to improve customer service levels
Maintains and provides MIS on customer support related issues Senior Management's guidance and plans
Supervises and motivates customer support associates and officers to perform their best
Complies with internal and external policies and regulations
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Education: College graduate of a four-year course in marketing management, management engineering, applied economics, advertising and public relations or related field
Experience: 4-8 years experience in customer service with at least 2 years as a manager in customer service in a related sector. Advertising, strategic planning, market research, and market management with supervisory responsibility is an advantage.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of the stock market, marketing and management principles
Skills: Possesses leadership qualities, must have good judgement, temperament/dispostion, attentive listener, excellent written and oral communication skills, superb customer orientation, Microsoft Office literate.
Personality: Firm, reliable, assertive, sociable, flexible, patient.
