Primary functions:
Onboard new customers.
Become a trusted advisor to multiple people in the account and become the accountʼs advocate within the company.
Build relationships with a network of champions within the account.
Run reports for management and for the client.
Attending scheduled calls with existing customers
Meeting customers face to face
Helping to deliver results
Responding to questions over email
Dealing with frustrated customers and helping resolve issues
Escalating issues and working with technical teams or managers
Attending meetings with other teams that also work with your customers
Monitoring your churn/retention/product usage or cancellation metrics
Training customers on new products or services
Qualifications and Skills:
Relationship-focused
Ability to teach
Detail-oriented
Team-player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to grasp basic technical concepts
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
