Kambi is looking for Dynamic and Customer-centric individuals to champion our Customer Support Group in Manila.
Job Scope:
Follow Worldwide Sporting events.
Attend to all Sports analysis platform related inquiries.
Respond promptly to clients' inquiries through emails or any of the company portals
Coordinate with different departments on inquiries and concerns pertaining to the Sports analysis platform.
Provides necessary updates and reports on service deliveries for client.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have completed at least 2-years in College or a Bachelor's/ College degree in Communications, Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Economics or equivalent
Customer Service experience handling US based account is an advantage
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Must be good in composition of business emails
Can work under pressure
Proactive and responsive
Organized and detailed oriented
Able to multitask efficiently
Can quickly grasp to new concepts
Acquainted with worldwide sports is an advantage
Proficient in using the computer operations (internet and commonly used software applications)
Can work on a flexible work schedule and during weekends and public holidays
Capable to work either in the Office or Work from Home set up
