A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
Duties
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Requirements
• Graduate of any 2 year or 4 year course.
• Must have work experience in customer service.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Customer- focused and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
