We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Analyst working the day shift, with a possibility for a 7-day rotating schedule. We have 2 vacancies available.
In the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering work from home arrangements until we are ready to move back to our office. You must be WFH capable with a strong internet connection.

Your Responsibilities
Replying to emails
Moderating comments on the website and social media
Manage Email and chat customer service
Manage FB customer service
Data entry
Order processing
Your Background
Needs 2-5 years customer support/service experience
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Must be willing and able to work on weekends
Experience with Shopify and Freshdesk is highly desirable but not required
