Job Role
Level 1 Helpdesk and Level 2 Support duties
Proving excellent and timely support to customers in their successful use of Primary Clinic software. This includes troubleshooting of customer issues in a timely manager via telephone, email and other mechanisms
Contributing towards the creation and on-going refinement of PrimaryClinic support documentation such as, but not limited to, product manual, best practice implementation and configuration of PrimaryClinic software at customer sites
Conducting effective remote user training to customers using presentation tools such as Microsoft Teams TeamViewer or other tools used by Global Health
Update release notes, user guides and other documents sources as required
Escalating support issues and bugs to level 3 support as appropriate
Building and maintaining key relationships with enterprise customers
Deliverables
Successful implementation and support of Primary Clinic customers who may use Global Health or other (e.g., clinical, practice management) software in their environments
Effective training, education and engagement of customers
Effective management of tasks from start to finish - accurately prioritise, schedule and track to completion• Creation and improvement of documentation including regular support processes
