QUALIFICATION

Refer them to new certification to enhance and increase the certification base
Empathetic, customer-oriented, and proactive
Excellent communication skills
Cloud Certification (completed or training in progress)
Google experience
G-Suite and Workspace or Microsoft Office

RESPONSIBILITIES
Recommend partner customers' Cloud Certification levels and types via digital learning activities
Communication and document partner training requests and recommendation
Answer partner inquires and coordinates with Partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programs
Interact with sales and delivery teams
Makes aware of learning events
Program Coordination skills
