SNAPSHOT OF THE ROLE:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is accountable for assisting the customer regarding the concerns about their order via phone calls.
They only provide accurate information and follow client processes. The CSR establishes a positive emotional connection with the customer and connect them to the brand.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accuracy - always give only correct information and follow established processes
Connection - emotionally connect the customer with our client's brand
Ease - focus on one-contact resolution while minimizing the customer's time and effort to resolve the issue
Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATONS:
No BPO experience required
High School Diploma or higher education
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Background on handling escalated calls is a plus, but not required
Familiar with MS Office and Google applications
