CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be building sales-pipelines, supporting the customer success processes, and managing CRM software, with the mindset of aiding account executives and head of strategic partnerships in qualifying and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and setting meetings with qualified leads for account executives
Moving leads and prospects through the sales funnel and reporting on findings from lead qualification
Onboarding new leads through channel creation process and following up to completion
Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyse customer health metrics, run NPS and gather other feedback via Intercom
Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping solve customer support issues
Qualifications:
A degree holder of Communication or Business or commensurate experience
Experience working in the contact center industry for at least 3 years
Work experience in handling high volume of support tickets, appointment setting, and inbound calls
Background or knowledgeable in business development, presales, and/or upselling
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Good working knowledge in utilizing Intercom, MS Excel, Google Sheets, HubSpot,
and Slack
Able to deliver results with less supervision
