Job Description
We are looking for a high energy, motivated, customer-focused individual with a proven
track record in customer success excellence and meeting targets. Our ideal candidate will
have the following:
● Prior experience in a similar role in customer service/success.
● Excellent troubleshooting and negotiation skills.
● Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
● Exceptional organizational & communication skills.
● Ability to effectively manage workload and reach set targets.
● Motivated and result driven.
● Flexibility and adapt to changing conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Speaking with current clients in person and understanding contact centre operational
challenges. Working with IT, sales and contact centre operations teams
● Maintain high software renewal rates with allocated customers (90%+)
● Ensure detailed and accurate records are managed and maintained in our CRM
system
● Proactively identifying opportunities to promote other Datagamz services and
offerings, so that clients are fully informed on how we can partner with them.
● Generate upsell, cross sell opportunities.
● Providing accurate information to our clients on the benefits and value of partnering
with Datagamz
● Deep knowledge of contact center industry and trends and operations
● Must have prior experience of working in consulting roles.
Qualifications
LEVEL OF EXPERTISE:
Manager 5 to 10 plus years in BPO industry ideally in digital transformation/consulting
services
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
o Prior experience in a similar role in customer service/success.
o Excellent troubleshooting and negotiation skills.
o Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
o Exceptional organizational & communication skills.
o Ability to effectively manage workload and reach set targets.
o Motivated and result driven.
o Flexibility and adapt to changing conditions.
o Familiarity with CRM Systems
o BPO experience is a MUST
o Willing to Travel locally - Makati, BGC, Cebu
o Six Sigma experience/certification in contact center is a must

Work Location;
Manila (Muntinlupa)
21st floor, Asian Star Building, 2402 - 2404 Asean Drive, Alabang 178, Muntinlupa City, Philippines (Must be willing to work in a Hybrid setting in our Alabang Office)
Work Schedule
40 hours per week
9PM to 6AM (Manila time)/shifting schedule- schedule may change whenever needed
Willing to Travel locally - Makati, BGC, Cebu
