Proactively assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
Technology Integration:

Assist customers in navigating our online store and mobile app.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on product features, specifications, and benefits)
Provide expert advice to customers based on their preferences and needs.
Sales Support:
Facilitate seamless transactions at the checkout counter.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the team to implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience.
Brand Ambassadorship:
Embody the values and ethos of our brand.
Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive brand image among customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Interested in running or biking is a plus
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
