Qualifications
Key Requirements:
Minimum of two years of college education.
Preferred experience in call centers or related customer service roles.
At least five years of cumulative work experience in any professional capacity.
Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
Demonstrated aptitude for active listening and strong comprehension skills.
Technically inclined with a background in handling technical issues.
A neutral accent is acceptable, while proficiency in Australian or UK accents is advantageous.
Possesses a keen eye for detail, exhibits strong organizational skills, remains focused under pressure, and adeptly manages multiple tasks simultaneously.
Lives in Baguio City or nearby towns. This is where our office will be located.
