Linkage Web Solutions is looking for a full-time Customer Success Associate to make effective client outreach, training, and engagement, as well as provide customer success support. The primary responsibility of this role will be to improve the customer experience, reduce customer churn, and increase the customer lifetime value.
The Client Success Associate is responsible for developing client relationships that promote retention, growth, and loyalty. This role includes responsibilities for Customer Success activities (e.g., onboarding, support, services, retention, etc.) and outcomes (e.g., renewals, up-sell, etc.).
Provide world-class customer experience through customer interactions via outbound and inbound phone calls, email, and tickets.
Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service via zoom call.
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
Proactively make outbound calls and retain at-risk users.
Primarily responsible for reducing churn rate in existing customer base.
CSAs check in with our clients to make sure they're consistently using the products and ask direct questions to gauge their satisfaction.
Handling customer concerns and escalating issues as needed, ensuring all efforts are made to retain existing customers.
Requirements for CSA:
.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
.Ability to present oneself well over the phone.
.Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks but still have the ability to prioritize
.Excellent customer service skills.
.Strong communication skills.
.Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
.Willing to work in a night-shift schedule
.Experience in a call center environment a plus
.Knowledge in website specifically WordPress is a plus.
