About the Job
This role serves as a point of contact for customers with queries about billing, products, onboarding, and deliveries, and provides basic support for both customers and business development managers. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices, and exceptional interpersonal skills. He/She should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and help the company achieve sales targets.
 
Responsibilities
Responsible for dealing with billing-related tasks (inc. quotes and invoices) and ensuring that the company receives timely payments from customers.
Maintains and updates sales and customer records (e.g. invoices, contracts) through Hubspot and other filling systems. Prepares monthly revenue reports and other data as needed
Prepares required vendor documents such as assessment forms, purchase orders, etc.
Provides basic customer support, troubleshooting, and usage adoption.
Assists business development managers in their day-to-day operations.
Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides.
Identify growth areas of the assigned accounts and of the company
 
Who We Want
Graduate of any 4-year business or IT-related course
2-3 years of proven experience in sales or technical support
Advanced knowledge in Excel and other basic computer applications is preferred.
Experience in CRM and ticketing systems are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent listening and negotiation skills and can easily adapt to different customer behavior
Must be willing to take time and train end-users whenever necessary
Able to problem solve, think logically and analytically. Must display a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize based on business needs.
Candidates should love to learn and ask questions, be detail-oriented, work well on a team, be self-directed, and willing to take initiative in their work, and enjoy working with people.
Must be willing to work on graveyard shifts and work solely for the company. No side jobs are allowed.
