Job Description
Duties and responsibilities may include one or more of the following:
1. Book orders from Client’s tenants
2. Track location of shipments
3. Checks and rebooks correctness of bookings uploaded
4. Monitor shipment’s temperature and report temperature excursions
5. Email freight forwarders and regional leads regarding temperature alerts and follow ups
6. Ensures that orders and transactions are processed in an efficient and timely manner
7. Troubleshoot problems and provide ongoing technical assistance to users
8. Receive and handle calls pertaining to service requests and/or appointments
9. Assign vendors to requests and/or appointments
10. Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a positive service experience and customer satisfaction
11. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
12. Data entry and research as required to process bookings and transactions
Proficient in computer operations - windows and Microsoft office applications specifically excel and outlook
Should have good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Should be flexible with work schedules.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
Quick learner and a team player
