Understanding the operational process flow and seeking improved ways of efficiency
Preparation of Job Id, reports on monitoring of shipments
Receiving call and queries from clients, prospective clients
Lodgment of AEDS and ETAPS
Ensures proper computation of duties and taxes
Prepares without delays complete sets of documents for import and export transactions
Facilitates immediate processing of import/export entries
Ensures proper checking and verification of data on shipping documents prior to customs declaration and filing.
Ensures safe and complete delivery/ turnover of cargoes to authorized receiving personnel.
Arrange for transportation, warehousing, or product distribution of imported or exported products.
Process Import/Export documents at the BOC both by sea and air and other Government Agencies
Knowledgeable in PEZA and Customs Rules and Regulations.

₱ 13,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Manage daily emails and phone calls from customers, answering questions and ensuring customer retention.
Validating and confirming of all shipments/bookings.
Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status
Understanding the operational process flow and seeking improved ways of efficiency
Preparation of Job Id, reports on monitoring of shipments
Receiving call and queries from clients, prospective clients
Lodgment of AEDS and ETAPS
