* Salary and benefits:
- Trial period: basic salary 8,000RMB (three months) + 3500RMB epidemic allowance,
- Regularization: 9000RMB basic salary + 3500RMB epidemic allowance
+Performance 1000- 5000RMB;
- After regularization, the full attendance will be 500RMB, the seniority salary will be increased by 500 every 6 months, and the salary will be capped in 4 years; salary increase: apply for salary increase assessment after 9 months + 1000RMB basic salary,
- 1000RMB basic salary after 15 months; 1000RMB basic salary after 21 months;
* Welfare:
1. The year-end welfare is 13-16 salary, the bonus of 2000P will be issued in the birthday month of the regular employee, and there will be holiday subsidies or bonuses for major festivals such as Mid-Autumn Festival, New Year's Day and Spring Festival; the company's fruit is twice a month.
2. There are 5,000 medical expenses reimbursed every month, except for gynecology and dentistry.
3. After working for half a year, you can enjoy 15 days of paid vacation (forgoing the vacation subsidy of 7,000RMB), and after a year of work, you can take another 15 days of paid vacation (forgoing the vacation subsidy of 7,000RMB), and the company reimburses the air ticket.
