GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø To Function as Legal Plan & 3rd Party Programs Coordinator
Ø Conducts Welcome calls to all newly assigned Clients within 48 hours
Ø Ensures that tasks are properly done
Ø Ensures that clients' concerns are attended to for One Call Resolution
Ø Uploads pertinent & necessary documents to the company CRM
Ø Reminds Legal Negotiator for negotiation results to confirm the client's possible filing of an Answer
Ø Forward Summons to & coordinate with Attorneys for filing of Answers
Ø May assist Negotiator/s in contacting Clients about negotiations & settlements concerns of summoned accounts.
Ø Monitors, records, summarizes and analyzes data
Ø Appends and maintains accurate account and contact data in our internal and web database.
ØEnrolls clients including contract signing
ØForward copy of signed Contract to Legal Plans
Ø Records & monitors Non-sufficient Funds, remind client for a re-draft of payment
Ø Retains canceling clients
REQUIREMENTS:
•College Degree or Undergraduate with equivalent Sales and Customer Service experience
•Analytical skills
•Strong verbal communication skills in English with a professional upbeat telephone voice with the ability to conduct business discussions with clients
•Resilient and persistent
•Keen to details
•Results-driven
•Demonstrated success in a competitive inbound and outbound sales call center environment is preferred
•Willing to work in the graveyard shift
•For Full-time employment
