Job Duties:
· Identify client concerns and coordinate with technicians
· Identify and respond to client needs via chat, email or phone
· Keep a high level of knowledge of existing products and services
· Good communication and Organizational skills.
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
· Required language(s): English, Filipino
· Must have above 2-year related work experience: preferably in the construction industry
· Keen to details and has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
· People management and Highly Organized
· Hardworking and Patient

Salary: From Php18,000.00 per month
