Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration or any related field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Pickup bookings and quotations
Monitor deliveries and keep delays to a minimum.
Constantly following up and updating clients.
Coordinate with the Managers and Fleet Allocators for escalations and urgent pickups and deliveries.
Calculate invoices for clients and validate charges on carrier invoices.
Investigate reasons for delays and communicate to the clients with incident reports from carriers.
Connote report - compile consignments despatched the previous day andsend overdue to Operations for immediate action.
Maintain trackers and ensure spreadsheets are updated and uploaded to a shared file weekly
Prepare end of month report for all clients.
Update and send daily report to one of the clients.
Other clerical and assigned task from the client.
Random follow up calls/emails to clients requesting service feedback by Customer Service team.
