CUSTOMER SERVICE & TURNOVER MANAGER
 
Job Description
 
Coordinates with other units for the immediate resolution of client concerns, and prepares documentation and communicates with clients for inspection, acceptance and turnover schedules.
 
Manage the customer relations team in handling client concerns and issues.
 
Minimum Qualifications
Can handle client concerns of VIP clients of high-end real estate products
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
High degree of critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
A team player with excellent leadership skills;
Hotel quality of customer service attention in maintaining and working toward on customer delight
Jobs Summary and Qualifications
 
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
College degree preferably in Architecture 
EXPERIENCE
At least 3-5 years as a customer service manager in a five-star hotel  environment or hospitality industry, or doing turnover responsibilities in a high end real estate products
