Our member company is looking for candidates for our Customer Service Trainer/Supervisor role. The Customer Experience is an essential role and needs to be committed to delivering an unparalleled shopping experience for everyone. 
 
PRIMARY FUNCTION 
The Customer Service Trainer/Supervisor will be a pivotal role in the education, growth, and development of the CXTeam.
 
Responsibilities 
Work in partnership with the CXTeam Leaders and Trainers to develop the world’s best Customer Experience Training program
Develop course content and curriculum through internet research, employee interviews, job duties and observation
Drive customer service representative happiness while revolutionizing the way training interactions are done
Stay up-to-date with the latest products and operating systems and be enthusiastic about bringing this knowledge to the CXTeam
Create Training Material across multiple platforms including Printed Manual, Power Point, Video, Online Platforms, etc.
Build out curriculum that can be used remotely as well as in for in-person classroom facilitation
Build out Quizzes, Exams and tests, that highlight and re-enforce key takeaways from training
 
Personal Development 
Actively seeks feedback from direct reports and team 
Demonstrate a desire to grow and learn. 
Share in establishing change processes for self as required 
Works well under pressure 
 
What are we Looking for? 
Have experience working in Customer Service Training Role
Highly experienced in developing online training material
Superhero like skills on the World Wide Web, including the ability to navigate multiple sites with cheetah-like speed
Highly Skilled in MS Office Applications including WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, OUTLOOK
Proficient with Online collaboration tools including ZOOM, SLACK, ASANA, MIRO, QUIP
Outstanding communication skills, specifically written but also verbal
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks to meet ever changing training needs
Passion for learning, gaining knowledge, and helping people by providing proactive solutions 
 
 
Compensation Package & Benefits 
Gross Pay: P40,000-P50,000

LOCATION:                             Work from Home 
 
WORKING HOURS:                 Shifting Schedule between 7am to 7pm PST, (11pm to 11am Manila)
