Customer Service supervisorPeoplehub Inc
The candidate will be responsible for supervising the Customer Service Group; ensuring proper and timely retrieval and processing of sales orders; maintaining high customer satisfaction through efficient communication channels; addressing quickly & effectively the inquiries regarding the update of deliveries, order status, customer complaints, stock availability and other pertinent issues and concerns of customers & salesmen. Will supervise the third party customer order encoders. The candidate will directly report to the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications:
College graduate
Good communication skills, both verbal & written
Experience in customer service management
Knowledge in SAP
Has project management skills
Able to handle multi-tasking
Pro-active and works under minimum supervision
Amenable to work in Pasig City
