We are in need of a Customer Service Supervisor who will handle the following responsibilities:
• Manage the customer service team and provide a regular performance-related feedback
• Monitoring of daily activities of customer service operation and assist work requirements
• Conduct training in team members regarding areas of customer service and policies
• Validate and give solution to product and services concern of the customer
• Develop and implement service policies and guidelines
• Monitor transaction of repairs, returns and exchange
• Oversees team schedule and provides proper delegation of work for a value-added workflow and process
• Provides efficient and effective delivery of services and meets SLA's desired performance level
Minimum Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
• At least 3 years & up experienced employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent and at least 2 years in Supervisory Level
• Proficient knowledge in handling customer service concerns, standard practices and procedures
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Extensive knowledge on phone etiquette
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Very good organizational skills and detail oriented
• Effective leadership and good interpersonal skills
• Background in handling Customer Service for appliance is a huge advantage
• Willing to work in Makati City
• Full-time position available
