Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall customer care/ assistance i.e. answering telephone calls, benefit inquiries, doctors' clinic schedules, etc;
Handle scheduling of Doctors' appointments, APE schedules, Outpatient laboratories and diagnostic procedures;
Prepare the necessary Letters of Authorization (LOA) for the corresponding procedure/office visit/ admission and explain the applicable benefit coverage to the member
Handle correspondence between different offices / clinics in relation but not limited to members' medical care;
Conduct medical liaison duty and render assistance during hospital admission and discharge processes;
Prepare regular reports including but not limited to the weekly census of patients
