* Inbound or outbound calls
* Recording customer concerns, transactions and complaints
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support
* Assist in preparation of Technicians' daily itinerary through the system

* Male of Female, 23-35 years old
* Proficient oral and written English communication skills
* Ability to handle customer complaints
* Can do multi-tasking and organized
