CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
 
Functional Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives calls and does the paging of employees as requested by other departments and opening prayer.
Checks pending work and completes Traffic Monitoring Report and other reports.
Handles customer complaints and inquiries, and provides them with quality customer service.
Handles Item Returns and ensures that returned items are in good condition.
Completes Loyalty Card Forms and submits to people in-charge.
Generates the needed transmittals and quotations.
Initiates DIY roving to assist customers by giving the customer a pleasant and cheerful smile/greeting.
Performs other related functional duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior.
 Qualifications:
Must be a College Graduate
Preferably has experience in customer assistance.
Keen on detail and highly organized.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
Good time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
Willing to be assign in Consolacion Branch
