Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customer at all time
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Handle inbound /outbound call, online live chat service (various channels)
Establishing customer relations, developing loyal customers
Responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Keeping records of customer interactions. transactions. comments .and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Initiating sales/ service/promotion with customer
Improve and optimize customer value through maximizing customer conversion and retention opportunities utilizing company marketing initiatives and the Sales through Service mentality
Proactively escalate any issues that would affect the customer experience
Perform any other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of work experience in customer service handling email and chat support
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Tagalog)
Responsive, strong responsibility and team consciousness
Must be willing to work shifting schedules including holidays and weekends
A great attitude and desire to help our customers
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to react to company needs
A proactive and can do approach
Confidence to interact with customers through a variety of communication methods including voice, email, and live chat with the ability to multitask
Can work independently and within a team
Quality of service and going the extra mile is at the heart of your service approach
Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint
