The Customer Service Sales Support team mission is to support Outside Sales and Key Account Management teams and translate customer needs into execution process, act as the bridge between sales and operation teams. Its process begins from the receipt of booking either from shipper/consignee in the Philippines, or from Bolloré Network Origin/Destination Agent. Customer Service Sales Support will cater and internally communicate on both operations and Bollore Network as per client requirement.
Manage account through customer care.
Assist outside sales and key accounts with visits to customer whenever needed
Manage the relationship of existing key accounts by proactively anticipating their needs
Assist outside sales and key accounts to gather requirements from a customer and sales commitment before transmission to Middle Office
Provide customer feedback to middle office for continuous improvement
Prepare monitoring reports (Bollore template or Customer template)
Monitor customer satisfaction experience and Bolloré Logistics performance
Review of Bolloré Logistics commitments with customer and act upon found gaps
For larger accounts, ensure as well all required weekly/monthly KPI reports are accurately provided to customer
Contribute to measure internal KPIs with Middle Office to narrow operational gaps and offer a better service to the customer
Be in-charge of monitoring operational performance vs. contractual commitment and prepare and report in view of QBR (Quarterly Business Review) in absence of relevant contract manager for key or global account
Participate in SOA review and payment collection from client/customers
Ensure resolution of complaints
Handle resolution of complaints through further investigation with concerned parties
Requirements
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Having at least two (2) years work experience in Logistics and Forwarding business.
Has a deep knowledge and understanding regarding handling customer requirements and complaints.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
Fast learner on various data and referential software
Can work with less supervision
Must have keen eye for details
Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skill
Good composure
Know how to manage deadlines
