Qualifications:
We are open to job seekers with or without experience BUT willing to be trained.
Exceptional phone and verbal communication skills, complemented by active listening abilities.
Proficient in English, can understand, speak, read, and write in English with ease and accuracy.
Strong customer orientation and the capability to adapt and respond to diverse personality types.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, and efficient time management.
PUBLISHING experience is preferable although NOT required.
Previous experience in a Sales role is a PLUS factor.
Commitment to adherence to attendance policies and floor rules.

Working Schedule: 12am - 9am local time.
 
This is an in-office-position: office location is Bldg.4 JDN Square IT Center, P. Remedio St., Banilad, Cebu City 6000 (at the back of Oakridge Pavilion). Extremely convenient to the public transportation hub in AS Fortuna.
