Roles and Responsibilities
This role will see you focusing on customer service and inbound sales. You will be delivering excellent customer service to our customers that contact us with enquiries about their bookings. You will also be doing sales to close sales with new customers, through inbound leads, as well as outbound calls to leads that have enquired through our website.

On an average day, you will be doing (but not limited to) the following activities:
- Handling all inbound emails, phones calls and LiveChat
- Help our customers with rescheduling, cancelling and creating new bookings
- Follow up with new customers after their clean to ensure they were satisfied
- Calling new leads to help them book in a clean
- Provide quotes to customers (email and phone)
- Assign new bookings to cleaning teams
- Reporting, data entry (ad hoc)
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask to manage multiple customers at any given time
- Strong communication skills
Proficient with
- CRM, VoIP systems, Google docs, LiveChat
Experience Advantage
- Additional skills will be viewed favourably (e.g. social media management, copywriting, design, etc.)
