Job Description • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.

Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
Job Qualifications We just need candidates who are at least 18 years old, possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field or reached at least 1st year in College with good English communication skills. We are also accepting high school / senior high / als graduates with good to excellent English communication skills.
