Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality
Handling customer's concerns, queries, and complaints
Staying updated with company policies and procedures
Keeping company information secured and confidential
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduates
Must have at least 6 months BPO experience
Good English communication skills
Can work in graveyard/shifting schedules
Work-On-Site (Cebu)
Location: Cebu Business Park, Cebu City or GAGFA Tower, Mabolo, Cebu City or IT PARK, Cebu City
