Job Description:
Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality
Handling customer's concerns, queries, and complaints
Staying updated with company policies and procedures
Keeping company information secured and confidential
Qualifications:
At least completed 2 years in College (No back subjects)
College Graduates
Must have at least 1 year BPO experience
Must have stable and wired internet connection
Good English communication skills
Can work in graveyard/shifting schedules
