We provide a full e-commerce enabler service including content & creativity, live chat, e-distribution, technology integration and warehouse fulfilment. Our partners include Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Ninja Van, Zalora, Redmart, Tiki, Tokopedia and Qoo10.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Be part of the local and regional teams led by experienced eCommerce management with over 15 years experience in eCommerce and retailing
Responsible for responding to customer inquiries utilizing a multitude of communication channels via chats / email
Responsible for performing various duties including but not limited to processing orders, researching customer problems, preparing reports, and providing a high level of customer service at all times to guarantee satisfaction.
Maintains respect and common courtesy for your peers as well as customers.
Maintain a teamwork atmosphere and take on the opportunity to be cross-trained.
You will need:
Excellent communication and listening skills with an excellent telephone manner and passion for delighting customers
Ability to interact with a remote support team across many cultures
Comfortable to negotiate with external partners for the best possible brand outcome
Detail oriented and Proactive with a "Just Do It" attitude
Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages are a plus.
At least a high school diploma.
