Responsible for assisting/handling customer's inquiries, requests or complaints (IRC) either thru walk-in, phone-in or e-mail.
Monitors and tracks inbound IRCs and provide daily/weekly and monthly reports.
Coordinates with various departments to ensure that the customer's concerns are being process on a timely manner.
Prepares and endorses buyer's request form (BRF) for processing.
Provides immediate feedback to client relative to their inquiries, requests or complaints.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or Commerce or equivalent.
Has good service orientation
Flexible and can work with limited supervision.
Has good communication skills both oral and written.
Organized and can work under high pressure.
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
Easy to deal with and can work well with others.
Experience in Real Estate is an advantage.
