Description
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all time.
-Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
-Responding promptly to customer inquiries
-Resolves product or service problems, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
-Communicating with customers through various channels
-Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
-Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
-Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
-Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
-Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
-Communicating and coordinating with colleagues is necessary
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
-At least 2 years experience in Chat Support
