We are in urgent need of Customer Service Representative
The role will involve, but is not limited to
• Provide top notch customer service to customers via e-mail and phone
• Ensure a positive customer experience for all contacts
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Conduct research into any customer service issues
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
QUALIFICATIONS
• With at least 1-2 years in a customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills and experience delivering strong customer service via e-mail and phone
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Fast typing speed
• Computer Savvy
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to take initiative
• Willing to work on flexible schedule
