DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uphold global standards in Customer Service.
Provide a trouble-free and fun interaction with customers of defined client projects.
Perform assigned customer service, telemarketing, and back-office tasks.
Impart a positive customer service experience with the aim to promote long-term partnership between the company, client, and shareholders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
At least College Level. High School Graduates with at least 6 months experience in a BPO are also encouraged to apply.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Willing to work at our ILOILO site.
Willing to work in a fast-paced yet fun-loving and family-oriented environment.
